Do you often do housework at home?
(Answer 1) Well, of course, I do housework on a regular basis/regularly. This is primarily because doing household chores is the norm in most Vietnamese households. And parents are always occupied with work so we should give them a hand.
(Answer 2) Well given the fact that my house hires a housekeeper who takes care of all the chores in my family, so I don’t even have to lift a finger.
What kind of housework do you often do?
Well, I have to do all sources of things. For the most part, I’m in charge of doing the dishes. I think this is a real hassle because I’m quite allergic to washing detergent. And also I have to cook but I don’t mind that a lot because cooking is my forte. I have acquired a deeper understanding of culinary arts since I start watching the show Master Chef.
Did you do housework when you were a child?
(Answer 1) Well, absolutely but for the most part, I was exempted from doing housework that is too physically demanding. I just have to do some menial tasks, like sweeping the floor, washing the dishes and sometimes I have to run some errands for my parents like buying the groceries, purchasing some daily necessities.
(Answer 2) Well no, to be honest, I used to be a spoilt brat. Because my family got a housemaid who was in charge of everything so I just sat around on my backside all day long.
