Những cách hỏi đường lịch sự:
Khi nhờ người lạ lẫm bạn gặp trên đường, bạn nên nhớ những cách hỏi nhã nhặn sau đây nhé .

Những cách hướng dẫn chỉ đường:
Khi có người ngoại bang nào hỏi đường bạn, bạn hãy cố gắng nỗ lực vấn đáp ngắn gọn và súc tích cho họ dễ hiểu nhé. Bằng những cách vấn đáp trực tiếp sau đây .
Go straight on till you see the hospital then turn left.
Turn back, you have gone past the turning.
Turn left when you see a roundabout.
Turn right at the end of the road and my house is number 67.
Cross the junction and keep going for about 1 mile.
Take the third road on the right and you will see the office on the right.
Take the third road on the right and you will see the shop on the left.
Take the second road on the left and you will see the house on the left.
Take the second road on the left and you will see the hospital straight ahead.
The hospital is opposite the railway station.
The shop is near the hospital.

Cách nói đi thêm vài toà nhà:
Khi muốn ước đạt quãng đường cần đi thêm bằng những toà nhà, bạn hãy sử dụng từ blocks thay vì buildings, cấu trúc sẽ là go for + số lượng + blocks : đi thêm vài toà nhà nữa .
“After you turn right, go for five blocks and turn left. It will be right around the corner.”
“After three blocks, turn left. You will see it on your right hand side.”
“Go for four blocks and then turn right.”
Cách hướng dẫn băng qua đường:
Khi muốn hướng dẫn việc băng qua đường, bạn hãy dùng từ cross như sau nhé :
“It’s across the street from the library.”
“Go for three blocks, turn left at the next light. You’ll see it across the street from McDonalds.”
“Go down the street. You’ll see it directly across from the gas station.”
Cách nói đi thêm bao xa:
Cấu trúc go for + số lượng + miles or km
“It’s pretty far from here. Go on Washington Street for about 2 miles. You’ll see it next to a school.”
“Turn right at the stop sign and go straight for a couple of miles. At 112th turn left. You’ll see it on your right hand side.”
“Go straight on this street for about 3 miles. You’ll see it next to Wendy’s.”
Cách nói rẽ trái hoặc rẽ phải:
Bạn hoàn toàn có thể sử dụng cụm từ “ turn left / right ” hoặc “ take a left / right ”
You need to take a left at the next traffic lights.
Take a right at the hospital.
When you get to Oxford Street, take your next right.
After you pass Tesco on your left, take a right at the next traffic lights.
Take a left when you come to a stop sign.
Turn right on after you pass the bakery on the right also.
Turn left after you pass KFC.
When you see a Hospital on your right hand side, turn left in to Downng street.
Turn left after you pass Duram Road take the first left when you enter Duram Road.
